2026 Annual Dinner – March 7th!
Flight Paths author Rebecca Heisman to speak
On March 7th, we once again will gather to celebrate all our accomplishments, our members, and the continued work we do together to enhance our region and state for birds and other wildlife.
The doors open at 4:30pm; please enter through the main doors and check in at our registration table. Donned with your name tags, you can then grab a drink and snack, wander the hall and converse with friends old and new, and peruse the many Events and Adventures we have for sale in the back room. Some art of Scott Mills, lovely bird merchandise and seats for a wealth of experiences will be displayed there. Among this year’s events are kayaking in Gallagher Cove; a House Concert with Duo da Capo, a piano and cello duo; Wingspan Game days; Mushroom Walks; Floral Workshop; Bat Walk; visit to Chris Maynard’s studio along with swallow activity in his yard; and Birding by Boat on Rick and Barb’s Nordic Tug. Spaces on all these are limited so securing your spots before dinner is important.
Dinner again will be catered by Hunter Family Catering with homemade desserts following.
Rebecca Heisman is our speaker for the evening. She has received acclaim for her talks on bird migration and its history. The evening will be a special one. We look forward to seeing you there.
