South Sound Bird Alliance will again offer bareroot tree seedlings at no cost for those in Lewis, Mason, or Thurston counties. The seedlings and tree protectors are donated by the Carbon Capture Foundation. This year, the following species are available:
*Douglas fir
*Grand fir
*Sitka spruce
*Ponderosa pine
*Shore pine
The tree order deadline is September 14, 2026 and the delivery window is February-March 2027.
