In conjunction with our chapter’s name change to South Sound Bird Alliance, we created a commemorative pin to honor our Lifetime Members featuring our mascot, the Greater Yellowlegs. A lifetime chapter membership is earned with a $500 one-time donation. All funds received benefit our local organization and programs.
The pins will be distributed to existing lifetime members soon, and we hope to see them showing up on your hats, backpacks and jackets at birding and chapter events. The Board is so grateful for the financial contributions and gifts of time and energy from our members. The combination of a generous membership base and an all-volunteer staff enable SSBA to make maximum use of your funds to help protect birds and their environment.
