Our Annual Dinner was a delightful evening for all of us. We are very appreciative of the donors who graciously and generously are giving of their time and talents to offer a wealth of experiences whose proceeds go to our conservation and education work. Here are some Spring events that still have some openings. If you would like to purchase a spot at one of them, please email Deb Nickerson at debranick@gmail.com to reserve space.

Feather Flurry with Chris Maynard – 4 spots left for $40 each – 7:30 to 10:30am; May 9th, 2026
Feather artist Chris Maynard has been supplying feathers for Barn, Tree and Violet-green Swallows on his property for the past 20 years. The swallows return year after year to use these feathers in their nests. Watch as the birds dip and dive to catch the feathers blown out of his 20’ PVC pipe. Have a chance to blow the pipe yourself. It is an amazing spectacle! Opportunities abound for photography or simply gazing upon the numbers of swallows soaring and swooping all around you. Included is a light breakfast buffet and tour of Chris’ studio.
