Birding at Scatter Creek WMA

Start/End: 8-11 AM
Location: Meet at the Scatter Creek WMA at 180th SW and Guava St. SW
Description: Join us for a morning of birding at Scatter Creek Wildlife Area. The walk is through a mix of prairie and woods with some riparian habitat along Scatter Creek. There should be some early season migrants in the mixed habitat. There is a pit toilet in the parking lot. A Discover Pass is needed for parking.
Trip leaders: Kyle Leader and Lisa Genuit
Dress for the weather and wear good walking shoes. The trail is well defined and has mild ups and downs.
